Maybe the worst experience at an bakery I’ve had..... I ordered a bacon roll, coffee and a donut. The bacon was like 2 bits of leather on a stale roll. The donut was a donut. No complaints there. But the best is yet to come. As the lovely lady was handing me my coffee with the lid not on it properly, she catches it on the till, spilling it all over me, burning my hand and ruining a brand new pair of trainers I just bought. If she spent more time concentrating on fixing the lid properly to the cup than trying so sell me 2 bits of extra leather for my stale roll then this might not have happened. Have been a regular customer here - more recently over the last 4 visits the store has not had cheese / chicken mayo / tomato's for filled rolls early in the day.

Further - the last two purchases of filled rolls have been very lacking in the amount of ingredients on them.

Really frustrating on all accounts when looking forward to a familiar lunch to be disappointed.
