Horrendous food. What have you done to it!? First it was quantity reduced, and now it's quality reduced. Absolutely abysmal stuff I went to get a Bridie from my local counter, and was told they had none, as they had rejected the daily delivery.

This should tell you enough. I suppose if you pay staff peanuts and charge your customers a fortune, something has to give.

Stephens, you should be ashamed. Used to be a world class bakers. Now some third rate rubbish. Get your managers to go buy something from Fisher and Donaldson's That's where your quality should be. You are currently terrible. And I mean that. A pastry should have more than a wipe of gravy on the bottom. Shocking service and quality Would happily see...

RUDE horrible attitude from small women with over done makeup looked very unhygienic snapped and scoffed at me cause I wasn’t sure if there was a child’s meal deal Then snapped at me and demanded I by juice cause she didn’t want to put too many separate items through then insulted me by my looks cause I was wearin lounge pants I hadn’t long woke up Then proceeded to push my items off the counter onto the floor and tell me to hurry up as they were “busy”. There were 2 people in store INCLUDIING ME Amazing food but if that’s the type of people you hire I will not be back

Use this baker's everyday, wi it's great selection of savoury hot pies, bridies, sausage rolls, bacon wraps. To their breakfast menu, also their selection of fresh made filled rolls for lunch or any time of day. N we can't forget the great selection of those amazin sweets (cakes/biscuits/doughnuts, etc). All wrapped up by great friendly staff who make your visit there complete, as the staff are so nice and polite, absaloutley brilliant place. Recommended to anyone who has not tried Stephen's to go give it a try, best bakery...
