Ordered 2 footlong sandwiches along with 2 portions of hash browns which come in 2 separate boxes. She Served me with the stale bread, inconsistent fillings, lack of offered sauce, and then being denied a bag, especially when I've had different experiences at other subways.
Firstly, the bread was not fresh at all like was baked a week ago, secondly the amount of steaks that the she put on my sandwiches were alot lesser that the what she put for the customer that she served in front of me, asked for sauce, she just put a little on the sandwiches without asking me if I wanted more, at the end I asked for a bag so I can carry what I orderd to the car as I had another couple of other things in the car to take to the home , which would be alot easier to carry, she responded " we dont do bags " , here is the question, how the customers are supposed to carry their shoppings which are the sandwiches, imagine someone like me has 4 items and the other may have more. There is not chance you don't do bags, as I have been in the other subways million times and they all do bags, I believe you had some issues with me as customer which I can clearly call it racism and you only don't do bags for me. After preparing it, the staff member used a black knife to cut the sandwich. I noticed that the same knife was being used for other items, and I politely pointed out that this was a vegetarian order. The staff member casually responded, “It doesn’t matter, we cut everything with the same knife.”
As a vegetarian, I found this incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. Cross-contamination between meat and vegetarian items is a serious issue for many people—whether for religious, ethical, or health reasons. Saying "it doesn't matter" dismisses the customer's values and shows a lack of understanding or care.
To be honest, it was upsetting to see such a careless attitude. Even if this seems like a small thing to some, it completely defeats the purpose of choosing a vegetarian option when it’s handled with tools used for meat. I believe staff should be better trained to respect dietary preferences and to treat each order with the care it deserves.

I can see why it gets stressful for the workers sometimes. It can get busy with drunk folk that can be quite obnoxious, n there's usually only one server. They are quite professional and keep their cool despite the nuisances they have to endure. My anxiety would go through the roof..
I appreciate having these guys in society, they are underrated and underappreciated and deserve a huge pay rise. Enduring ignorant people can be one of the hardest jobs on the planet.
Thanks for your hard works lads!! Don't let the customers get to you.. they can go elsewhere if they don't like having to wait as the shop can get busy with the JustEat orders alone never mind the impatient, arrogant and entitled customers..
