The Lovat — Restaurant in Scotland

I ordered food for the first time using just eat, food took an hour to get here and it wasn't even my order that turned up. Hunted for 20 mins to get their proper phone number as the one on Google is inactive. The girl on the phone was nice and tried to help but her boss told her there's nothing they could do and I had to contact just eat, nobody offered to bring the food out to me albeit they had no soup left. Very disappointed. Not to mention I have another customers food so they'll have to do the same thing. This has only happened once to me when I used another local pub Jarvies and they sent the missing food out to me, even though it was just eat drivers, one of the staff got in her car and brought it up. No offer from this place to do that, so safe to say I won't be ordering again. I now have to wait and see if just eat refund me my £17! I had to send them pictures of the food and the receipt. One of the local pubs in Yoker the Lovat has a nice setting at the edge of busy Dumbarton road. It looks as good inside as it does would with a nice friendly atmosphere and beer garden for those nice weather days to chill in the sun. Not far from the Yoker Mill Road train station and busy bus routes both to and from the city centre or Clydebank it makes it easy to travel to or stumble home after a coupla jars.
