Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

Unfortunately, every single time I've visited this branch, the staff act as if my presence is a complete nuisance. They're unwelcoming, rude and the subs aren't great as a result. I'm not expecting sunshine and rainbows when being served, but the basics in friendly customer service would be nice maybe? Having been a waitress/server for many years, I know it's a thankless job sometimes and I don't like leaving bad reviews, but it's really not that hard to be even slightly polite and welcoming to paying customers. I'll stick to the Braehead...

Worst subway I have ever visited.. First visit only 2 types of bread neither of which I wanted, second visit they had bread but the herb and cheese had maybe half a dozen strands of grated cheese on the entire roll and most of them on the other 6 inch!

The salad was decidedly limp to say the least, the lettuce looked brown and to top it all off the Pepsi was decidedly lacking in flavour so I suspect further savings being made by watering down the concentrate in the drinks machine..

Took my boy in for the first time. Place was empty apart from one member of staff. Didn't even acknowledge that we were in tried asking him for help, none was forthcoming. £4.19 for a 6 inch ham sandwich when I queried the price he walked away. Definitely don't think I will be going back. Oh my boy said the sandwich was average for £4.19 I would quite like a bit better...
