A lovely, cute and cosy cafe/restaurant with excellent service! They were so welcoming and friendly, especially the kind gentleman who served us for dinner. We loved the cute missed matched furniture and the fairy lights. It gave home vibes and they had chill music playing in the background. We ordered 2 oat mochas and 2 breakfast rolls and they were amazing! The bacon wasn’t too fatty and it had a nice crisp to it. It was a perfect start to our day before our hike up Beinn Eighe, especially as it wasn’t too far from the starting point. The food and service were so good we had to go back again. After doing the mountain trail we went back for their Pizza menu. We had their grazer and their meat feast. We enjoyed how they were a thin/romana type of pizza. To finish off we had Yorkshire teas and shared a warm brownie where the server was kind with the ice cream portion 😁 Great value for the tasty food you get but it was the service that was the highlight! Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but the man with the long hair who served us, was incredibly kind and great to chat to. A great spot along the NC 500 route! Highly recommended!!

Swung by tonight for some pizzas and had a magic time! The owner was so welcoming and friendly - we felt like we were sat in his cosy living room instead of in a restaurant. He took the time to have a chat at our table and asked what music we like to listen to, before changing the playlist to some classic rock for us. The pizzas were really tasty (we had a ham and mushroom, and a veggie grazer) - lovely toppings and a beautifully thin, crispy base. I haven't had Roman style pizza before and I'm definitely a fan now! No photos of the pizzas because we were too busy scranning them... All rounded off with a couple of drinks and big portion of homemade rhubarb crumble which we shared (you know a place is decent when they ask if you'd like ice cream AND custard with it šŸ˜‰). Look forward to visiting again next time we're in the area!

In the Church of Pizza, there are four holy places: Naples, New Haven, Brooklyn and Rome. These sanctuaries are sustained by semolina-dusted visionaries with names like Mario, Frank, Vinnie and Sal. But now a fifth holy place is at hand, and its high priest goes by Stephen. His crusts are crisp and thin enough to shiv a midge. And the toppings? The meat feast pie includes both spicy beef and haggis. Does anyone even know from what those are made? No- but every faith requires mystery, and mystery is best served delicious…

On our grand tour through Scotland, we popped in here just before closing to see if we could get a sandwich for take away. No sandwiches were listed on the menu, though the pizza list and the ones he was putting in the oven looked delicious.

The place was absolutely packed, and the chef was not only taking orders, but doing the cooking. He gave us a warm greeting and then went to put in some pizzas. We could see that we were probably not in the right place, at the right time. No fault to them , simply the circumstances at the moment. So, we slipped out quietly, and as we were heading to our car, he happened to see us out the window of the kitchen.

He called out, ā€œis everything OK? ā€œ

We explained that it was and that we could see he was super busy and we just wanted to grab a sandwich. He told us come back in. I’ll make sure you get taken care of.

Even though he was slammed, he took the time to put us together a couple of lovely sandwiches, a hot coffee and tea, so that we could head on our way.

Though the sandwiches were very simple, they were delicious. The five stars really is for this wonderful man’s amazing service and attentiveness to the needs of his customers. By the way, the pizzas looked wonderful. They had super thin crust and were much larger than I would’ve expected for the prices he was charging.

Business owners like this deserve to be recognized, and this gentleman is outstanding! If his food is as good as his service, and to be much more than that, he deserves every recognition he could...

I’d read the reviews and thought that, perhaps, the pizzas were being ā€˜talked up’. Some people remarked that the pizzas were the best they’d ever had. That’s quite a statement! In a world of superlatives and hyperbole, I thought we’d just give it a try: we were just looking for takeout pizza after a day out. We arrived at 5 and were the first customers - they’d not even turned on the lights! We were invited to find a seat; asked to pick what we wanted and to relax while the pizzas were made from scratch. The chef was very friendly and made lots of suggestions about how to make my cheese-free pizza more interesting. Whilst the pizzas baked, he came out for a chat. It was an enjoyable wait. There is a wait: 35 minutes from entering; but the food was cooked on order. Now for the food - it was the best pizza I’d had since pizza from a Rome (Italy) pizza shop, several decades ago. I’m not making this up: the pizza is a very light, thin crust pizza, and the tomato sauce is sublime. Freshly chopped vegetables; generous. Delicious! Now I have talked up the food. Sorry! This place will definitely be returned to next year by me and my equally impressed family. Ā£10 a pizza is...

I've just been in for Pizza & I've got to say... it was hands down one of the most delicious Pizzas I've ever had in my 46 years of life.! 100% hand made from scratch with quality ingredients, a delicious thin base that was generously topped & sized. I asked "How much".? & I was told Ā£10.!. When I asked.. "How big are they".? I was asked in return... "How big do you want it".? Well, that's just a fantastic thing for a larger gentleman to hear.!!! šŸ˜‰šŸ‘.! He literally made me a square pizza that only just fit into the box.!!! FANTASTIC.!!! The atmosphere is also very nice, it's eclectic, homey, snug & relaxing with a selection of armchairs, seats & tables with musical instruments laying around, a bookcase & an open log fire invitingly blazing away. A wonderfully inviting place to escape the notorious Scottish weather.! And finally, the owner & cook Stephen is what I'd simply call "a thoroughly nice bloke".!! Endlessly helpful, accommodating & friendly... Exactly the right man for the job.! He's turned the old village hall into a thriving asset to not only himself, but to the entire village of Kinlochewe.! I cannot recommend his cafe...
