Had the hamhough special, mouth is still watering! So tender and juicy, fell straight off the bone! Was on a bed on creamy mash and root veg, cooked to perfection in a scrummy honey glaze. Portion size was generous too! Only gutted as im full yet want more! Service is spot on as usual, friendly, welcoming and attentive. Cant wait to come back! Not your usual pub grub...

Food was very nice. Could have done with a bit more attention from staff as we sat waiting for a while to order dessert. Forgot things we asked for (salt and pepper, sauce) we had to remind them when they came back asking what we had asked for. Too busy chatting to their friends at the bar. What a great local pub!! We've just moved to the village, and CBA to cook on our first night, so we ate at the pub. What great food, and really well priced. Staff were very friendly Beer was on point, and the locals took us to heart, despite us being Outlanders!! Would highly recommend and already making excuses not to cook at...
