The food was very late for more than 1:20 hour. We requested the refund but the manager did not accept it, she did not even propose anything like water, ice cream or anything else just for a compensation, the small thing just to make us happy/busy while waiting
Again after we ate food my daughter had to give up her ice cream because of waited for too long. We asked if we can have that ice as take away but she said (manager) they can not give it as take away, probably they did not have any package for it!
This restaurant needs a good manager who knows how to take care valuable customers! And she's kind of rude and very defensive for customers especially who are not Native Scotish She did not even say sorry after we waited too long for the food which was a disaster and untested for the £ we paid
The restaurant has outside benches but was very dusty, dirty and no one came to tidy up before we sat down and the funny thing is; they had few customers but the manager complained that they have A LOT of PEOPLE? The waitress was an old lady who seemed to be very overwhelmed with the job and tired of everything
WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE...
Read moreTerrible experience. Waited 45 minutes to receive food and the restaurant had only 4 tables taken. On questioning the staff, they told us they were short staffed and a party of 12 had just arrived before us in the bar. When my chicken fajita wrap did arrive, the wrap was stone cold with luke warm chicken pieces. The staff did reheat it for me but it was inedible : the tortilla chips on the side were flavourless and of the cheapest variety. The chicken was over cooked and the dish very dry, with no sauce or vegetables inside the wrap. My cup of tea seemed to have been made from the cheapest budget brand tea bags. My husband ordered chicken with Stornaway black pudding in a whisky sauce. The portion of chicken was small and overcooked. The sauce was bland and flavourless. The staff asked if we enjoyed the meal and we told them of the issues , however we were charged the full amount for very poor quality food and service....
