Absolutely shocking service. We ordered 2x hot chocolates around 10mins before closing time on a Saturday, to be met with an argument between two of the staff over who would make them because “I made the last one” “oh but I’m working tomorrow too” this went on for three or four minutes whilst we stood waiting for them to make our drinks. The third woman, who appeared to be the manager could not have been any less friendly and actually complained that they had had a lot of hot chocolate orders that day so it’s no wonder her staff can’t be bothered… I will never return. P.S they also got our order wrong the first time, and the 2nd time the hot...

Have been before with the dog myself, they say no dogs allowed but they have let me in before to order food and take it to go, but this time they said no dogs allowed and that I had to shout what I wanted to order from the door??? Incredibly unprofessional to be completely honest and the way she spoke to me was pretty rude. what staff member is gonna see me if I’m hovering at the door and why would i just shout my order over people? Be completely serious. Eglinton park is a popular place for dog walkers but if you want to have food you can’t be out walking your dog yourself?...

Been there often over the past 2 and half years and had no problems. Staff all very friendly, helpful and professional. One thing I would like to say to the bosses of the staff members is have a bit of savvy and let the staff go home slightly early on Christmas/ New Year eve. We were in both afternoons and after chatting with staff and found they were on to their usual schedule!...
