Came here in the evening, not relatively too busy. Spent 8 minutes at the till to which multiple crew members acknowledged and walked past including a certain tall one, none of them wearing hair or beard nets or aprons as they should. Tried to use to my employee meals to which the tall crew member, told two employees not to run it through it through the till, and to use the app, after explaining it doesn’t work for me on the app and that I can show my schedule I was further refused with a response that amounted to “tough”, additionally the tall crew member had the other staff walk back and forward to communicate with me instead of talking to me himself and basically lie to me that you can’t put it through the till. This is false, the second crew member who had to try to serve me said he could, to which the tall crew member shouted at him from the kitchen. As someone who used the till yesterday at my McDonald’s to put through another members employee meal, I know that you can do it this. I then purchased a mayo chicken with bacon and fries which took about 9 minutes to arrive, only to receive a bacon cheeseburger, was mildly inconvenienced especially with the food quality when you take into account my cold fries tasted undercooked and practically raw. Read moreRidiculous. Lost the sense of customer service. Son and I wanted breakfast, went to the app and it nudged me to place the order as it was almost 11. It only gave the option to collect from the nearest branch which was 30 minutes away. The app clearly said I will get my order when I present my code and I was given no warning of any sort that things wouldnt work out.
I got there at 1145 presented my code and was told they only serve breakfast until 11. I explained that the app didn't say anything to that affect and in fact nudged me to make the purchase before 11. So I assumed it would allow me to collect it later.
I had wasted 30 minutes to get there and they didn't have the decency to even compensate me in any way.
