Mehr's Massala — Restaurant in Sheffield

Absolutely shocking from this restaurant on all accounts. We ordered food from here over £25 worth and it never came, the restaurant claimed they delivered our order but 3 hours later still no food. Turned out the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong address but were the ones at fault?? In what world does that work? The restaurant were very dismissive of this and said as the order was accepted by someone else there is nothing they can do. Shocking customer service as they were not bothered at all and couldnt get rid of us quicker. Do not waste your time or money here as they only want your money and give you...

This company think that they can tell you 35 mins before you order. Minutes after you order change to 40 to 60 mins. Then turn up 1.5hours later. Delivery was 2 minutes away and only 2 chicken burgers and chips. Not even peak time at 5.30pm. I phoned them 4 times and each time they lied saying was on its way. Then I cancelled and they still tried to deliver. If you think for 1 second anyone will wait 1.5 hours for 2 burgers and chips your mistaken and in the wrong business. Would never ever as long as I live...

Horrendous. Ordered a aloo saag, it had 3 potatoes in it and if I had used a magnifying glass I might have been able to see the saag. The margarita pizza was so bland. It didn't even have any herbs on in. Wedges were also bland, and from the photo, I am not sure why the yoghurt dip is a radioactive colour.
