Absolutely amazing! since opening Nafees has been an absolute amazing business. Not only are there bakes pastries sweet meats and biscuits absolutely scrumptious. But the service is also absolutely fantastic. your always served with a smile on the face and the staff and management are always happily willing to help.

Although I go in quite a lot as it is local to myself. Yesterday (11/05/2024) when I went in I needed a fruit decorated fresh cream cake. There wasn't any in stock. the staff helpfully called around other Nafeese's around Sheffield as I was willing to travel. When the realised the stock was replenished they offered to decorate with fresh fruit from the Local Tesco.

Have been using both Nafees branches in Sheffield now and out of all the time I got only one bad experience with food as it was definitely old stock but in my next visit the sweets served are fresh again. Been to Barnsley branch this morning and waited for almost 10 mins to get served, guy comes to serve and when I told him what I needed he served me and the kid asked for something in the last minute so appologised to him and he was like we have a lot of things to do at the back and when I was asking him if serving us is kind of obstruction to his work he was not even refusing that…he was just like thank you brother thank you brother…never coming back again and soon if the management don’t realise this how rude their staff are they are not very far from shutting down the businesses…having no tolerance poster in the shop doesn’t give your staff to be rude...

Absoloutly shocked with the service I received whilst visiting today. My mum stood there for an hour giving her order for 4 paninies, she told the guy whilst he was making them infront of her every little detail as to what to put in it etc. When they were ready the guy that made them went in the back and hid whilst another guy came and took our order and gave it to some other customer waiting there. When my mum said thats iur order there response was No and when she asked to speak to the guy who made them there response was hehes praying!!!!Absoloutly shocked!! Just because my mum was stood there quietly waiting wearing a nikab and the other customers were laughing there heads of with them!!! To use isl like that is an absolute disgrace. AVOID...
