Terrible, horrible food and very rude staff.... I orderd a Pizza and a couple of starters at 5.10pm for them to be delivered at 18.45. 15 minutes later I received a tex from just eat saying my order was on its way so panicking I rang the takeaway to tell them I had ordered it for 18.45 and that I would not be home till then, they appologised and that was that. The food arrived at 19.15 COLD and they had reheated it from thee hour and a half before, The Pizza was BURNT and Inedible and the Chicken Tikka starters and Kebabs also burnt, rock hard and uneatable. I straight away rang the restaurant to politely tell them I was not happy with warmed up food from an hour and a half ago and it was uneatable Please could I have my money back..£19.20....after a volley of abuse from the person at the other end of the phone be eventually agreed to send someone to pick the food up and reimburse me. I waited for half hour outside in the Cold and unsurprisingly no one showed then to top it off I then get a text from just eat saying the restaurant had cancelled my order!!!!... WHAT!!!! I received the bloomin order and PAID. So do not Order from this restaurant. Times are hard as it is for everyone without...

17-Aug-21. Normally I love this restaurant, the food is always great and I rarely have any problems. However tonight’s really ticked me off, I place an order on their official website as for some reason I couldn’t order on any food delivery apps. So I looked before on google to check that they were open, which they ARE - Until 4am I might add! But for some reason they accepted my order, taken the money out of my account, only to then to cancel it after waiting 20 minutes, and I have been trying to contact the restaurant now for 30 minutes and it just keeps saying "user busy". So I then tried to contact another number that they provided regarding a refund, only for that to be closed also. I’m really annoyed about this, because why would you accept the order, and take my money and then leave me hungry and without my money, and still allowing people to order on your website, when you keep cancelling them. All I’m saying is I better get my refund soon otherwise, you’ll lose another customer on top of the ones, you are already losing! And I’ll report it as fraudulent activity, as you took the money out fast enough, so I'm not happy waiting 3-5...

For places like this, Google needs to let me put zero stars. Pathetic! Delivery driver barely waited outside for a minute and when I came out he had already set off and upon calling he replied I was taking too long. So after that I called the takeway and their customer service was shocking, putting all the blame on me and denied to deliver my food provided I had already paid. After arguing for a while they agreed to deliver my food. Afterall, the food arrived upto 3hours after my order. And the food that arrived was cold and barely edible. I would only recommend this place to someone who has time and money to waste otherwise don't...
