Peri Chicken (Slough) — Restaurant in Slough

Came here after a long time expecting to be blown away by the usual great service and food. I have only one criticism to share and that was the sweet potato fries were mushy, stuck together and not their usual crispy selves. I hope the standards get back to where they used to be as I am very fond of this place and have never had a complaint to share until now after numerous visits.

Visited again recently (October 2022) found the staff to be either deaf dumb or just ignorant. Got my order wrong, missed out an entire meal I ordered even after repeating the order back to me. When questioned the staff just said " thats all you paid for" even after confirming the order with me face to face. You need lessons in customer service and maybe learn how to count.Never visiting again just too...

We have been buying from them from the day one and the food is nice we have had home delivery one or twice before which was fine delivered within 35-45 min. But today sadly I am greatly disappointed they delivered after 1hour 30 mins of placing the order that also when I called after after 55 mins to check if they are on the way I was told that they will start my order 'now'. Finally when the food arrived it was cold as if it was prepped and left for a long time. The burgers, wraps and chips everything was cold, chicken felt very dry. This is very poor customer service. I live at 7 mins drive there was a delivery charge, which would be fine if my food would have arrived within 45-60 mins as stated on...
