Greggs — Restaurant in South Cambridgeshire

This is my local greggs so I'm here an embarrassing amount. It's not a 5 star restaurant but is quick service, tasty food, usually. Today I got the honour of being served by Ian. Possibly the most miserable server I've ever came across in my life. My bacon roll looked like it had been ran over, I think the aim is to get the bacon in the roll. Also asking me if I'd like cream on my coffee or Ketchup in my roll is usually easier for a customer to understand if you face them, not the wall, this would also stop you from having to repeat yourself. I understand you might be upset you have to work Christmas eve Ian, but take it out on your manager mate and not the customers and the food. Merry...

This place is not open 24 hours; The guy serving me said that it was open from 6am to 5:30pm during the week days and slightly different hours at the weekends. I have visited this bakery a couple of times now and found that the Sausage rolls are pretty good, as has normally been the case many other Greggs Bakeries. They offer a wide range of hot food ; Bacon rolls, turnovers, etc. They also provide sandwiches, wraps, pasta salads, pastries and cookies. The coffee I had from there was ok, nothing special though. It's very handy having a Greggs bakery in the area as an alternative to MacDonalds when in need of an early morning...

Thursday 4th April approx 11:20 I went to grab a steak with cheese they guy greeted me with a sneeze and he was extremely moody didn’t say hello or anything,he gave me barely 2 scoops of beef when I asked why am I getting so less he said it’s extra cost even though it was not a full two scoops and to top it off he didn’t even put it in bag or offer me tissues I had to call him to give me tissues to wich he gave me two sheets of tissues!! Very rude service and very very unprofessional I’ve been to subways many a time and I know the foot long with cheese is meant to be filled more than what he gave me...
