Burger King — Restaurant in South Cambridgeshire

I have to say about the toilets at the Fourwentways Services. The toilet that i used was Filthy!, Stinking!, with a water logged floor (I hope it was - water!) with toilet paper over the floor. BUT!... I've seen worse!...In the first toilet cubicle near the Burger King at Fourwentways! - I looked in the first toilet, and saw that was filthy!, then looked at the 2nd one (the one that i did use) which although filthy, was marginaly cleaner than the first one!. Now!...I always though that you had to have 2 doors - when a toilet is near a food preparation area or kitchen. So where are the Council Environmental Officers?!. The question under this review- gives you 3 choices of answers, of which you pick one, They're: Dine in, Take out, and Delivery. I think the middle one should be : Walk - Out!. It's a disgrace, it also shows what they think is acceptable for customers who use the Fourwentways Service Area. There's a Burger King, and Greggs at these services, so i should think the toilets are part of the building services contract themselves, nothing to do with the...

possibly the worst BK I have visited - ever.

I have used this BK on several occasions for the lunch run from work. Dispite giving over a detail list so as to avoid any language confusion (as has happened before) they are unable to make it "your way". Missing items, mostly wrong items, dispite checking and being told it was all right. Staff turnover appears to be measured in Minutes with "the boss" being worried about putting the kitchen back together and not caring that his staff are flirting with the girl from the Travel Lodge instead of dealing with the growing queue or customers who have ordered already. Awful; diabolical; atrocious - none of these words go far enough to explain the level of service offered at this site.

If I were starving and had no other option but the choice of death or eat at this place; I still would need to consider my options before giving...

My husband and I stopped off here this evening for a quick bite to eat after a long drive.

We both ordered a halloumi King meal, and when it arrived with only one slice of halloumi I was instantly back up to the counter to get my second slice that was advertised on the billboard! The very helpful (and cheery) guy behind the counter (Rob) was quick to set the record straight and got us two fresh burgers, complete with 2 slices of halloumi. Also, himself and his colleague weren't informed on what a halloumi King was (they'd been told it was a halloumi double), so management have let them down on this one!

Superb service, fresh food, will definitely come back again and fully recommend.

Burger king, if you ever read this, you need to give Rob a medal for outstanding customer service. It's not an easy job, especially at that hour, and he really did do...
