Partner booked this restaurant thinking it looked nice, of which the website made it seemed so and the price made you think you would get a nice meal, how wrong this assumption was. Get a few big tables in here and its louder than a 3 year olds birthday party. (They did move us after we asked but just the place itself is loud, like a European cafeteria) The food is pricey for what you're ordering even if its nice food, but I've had nicer food at a wetherspoons. I had the 8oz ribeye which maybe was 5oz at best and was probably the worst steak I've ever eaten at a restaurant no seasoning, no sear, thin, asked for medium rare got well medium to well and above all else expensive for a ribeye at 33 quid. Oh and the chips were definitely frozen pre cooked. My partner had the whole lobster, presentation was nice but trying to dissect the lobster, she struggled to get the meat out of it, rubbery, over cooked and a very small lobster. Im not one to leave reviews at all but this was a massive disappointment, we ended up leaving and driving to another local restaurant where the food is fresh, cooked in front of you and no where near the price but 10x better service and food.

Warm friendly welcome on arrival to the restaurant. Great views looking out towards the hotel and South Sands Beach. We had breakfast staying at the hotel, lots of choice from cold and hot foods amazing quality. Also had dinner which would recommend booking before arriving via phone or website as can get busy. Great menu choice from drinks to food. From starter, main and dessert all food was delicious and lovley atmosphere.

Great restaurant and fabulous food . I attended this restaurant with my lovely friend for her Birthday and it was a gorgeous experience we had some amazing cocktails followed by dinner . The restaurant staff were very friendly especially Mikolaj who attended to our every needs. The atmosphere was splendid and the sea view is absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend Harbour Beach Club .

My mum and my wife attended the spa for my mums birthday which by all accounts was excellent. Staying on for lunch was the worst idea ever…….

Seated at a table we were given one menu between 4 and about 30 seconds to choose. Waiter very unimpressed when we asked for more time. Think we were the last table for lunch. When the waiter returned and we placed our order we were informed that our mains selections were unavailable. This would have been useful information as we shared our menu. Not wanting to take up any more of the waiters precious time we ordered 3 “panic” burgers and the plant based burger. Starters arrived, scallops good, tiger prawns good, beet salad good….things were looking up and we were having a laugh about our grumpy waiter. A different chap arrived with our mains and we were asked the standard would you like any sauces question. The usual tomato sauce and Mayo were asked for. 5 minute went by. No sign. Asked a different waitress and while the next 5 minutes were passing, chips going cold, I lifted the lid on my burger to see what can only be described as a meatball in a bun. It was shocking. I get that the chef might think cooking burgers is beneath him but if that’s the case make sure you’ve got enough of the other stuff on your menu or don’t put them on your menu. No floor staff could now be found so I took my meatball in a bun to the bar where our original waiter was hiding. He agreed that it was not acceptable and took it off to the kitchen to show the chef. He returned with my plate of “food” and said the chef would cook me something else. Why? There was nothing else to cook. By now the whole tables food was cold. Just to point out the other 2 burgers were of same meatball size. Maybe they didn’t have enough burgers and divided one between 3 to try and get away with it. An aside here….if you are going to offer a plant based burger make it yourself, it’s not hard, or at least buy in a better one than the rubber my wife was served up. In the end there was no charge for the food and our drinks were discounted but this is hardly the point. We all left hungry and the day was a bust. We received a voicemail on the way home from the general manager. I assume in an attempt to avoid this review. Maybe leave a direct number to call back on because being on hold twice while waiting for reception to answer is not a good look when the customer is already not impressed. I gave up and think this...

I’m genuinely disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. We ordered mussels, which were fine on their own, but the experience was completely overshadowed by the fact that the bread served alongside them was mouldy. When we pointed this out to the staff, instead of an apology or a simple acknowledgment, we were met with a rather bizarre explanation that the discolouration was dye from a cloth. Not only is this excuse unconvincing, but it also raises further concerns about hygiene and food safety practices.

To make matters worse, the manager was dismissive and made no effort to resolve the situation professionally. It felt like we were being gaslight rather than listened to. Mistakes happen I understand that but how a restaurant handles them speaks volumes about their values. Unfortunately, this establishment chose denial over accountability.

I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to think twice before...
