Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in South Holland

Staff put my 11monyh olds food in front of my 11m old before I got to move it my son grabbed ot and dropped it all over the floor, I asked them to replace it being told I'd have to buy another adult meal. Morrisons, if I had of been the incompetent member of society placing food infro t of a pretoddler I could understand but why would anyone in their right mind place a plate of food in front of a baby who's even throwing their balloon and bottle on the floor for fun? Thabk go's he didn't get burnt but that mashed potato was hot and the fish fingers was very hot hot enough for me to burn my self so honestly this terrible franchise is lucky I'm not taking them for compensation ! I went to asda and bought him a kids meal they didn't ask me to buy a meal for my self they did ot for a pound anyway I told then about morrisons and they said we are always welcome there. I will never return to spalding morrisons and I will continue to go to asda and also recommend asda I also recommend whether spoons morrisons is dirty incompetent money grabbing and frankly a danger. Food also took just under an hour to come and and me and my son were the only cust8mers in the cafe! Paid for hotdrinks and the machine was empty they refused to refund that also which meant we never got a hot drink because I had to go and get my child food. I am contacting trading standards and...

25/01/2019 16:48 hrs One star is one star too many this time, Caveat Emptor i went in about a week ago, after avoiding it for few years because the food presented then was only fit for a pig, but that time it was ok clean, etc it was all ok, then tonight, i used the auto order system, Gammon, extra egg, pineapple, extra onion rings mushy peas. Waited 35 min for it to turn up, when it did, the onion rings were missing, but they went straight back for them, and i look at this mess before me, chips had black bits all over then, the egg was hard fried, and spilt, and thrown on the gammon, the mushy peas has been slid down the side of the plate leaving skid marks, and the quantity of mushy peas was two tea spoons max, i asked them to redo it, and that the oil must be dirty, she agreed to do this, and informed me it will be the same when she brought it back, i asked for a refund, which they could not even get right.they have lost me again, avoid at all costs, until they get a proper cook in there. pot of tea was ok, however i did notice many pots lids did not shut, or the top pin used to open it was missing, i stopped looking for faults, there was too many too remember, i should have taken a photo but my phone...

I got the worst food poisoning I ever had which triggered my panic attacks last night! Me and my husband had breakfast yesterday, I had full vegetarian and my husband full English breakfast.

The food was disgusting, we should left it but because we were in a rush to do our shopping and hungry, we ate it. Hash browns were re- heated in old oil, it was soaked in grease and hard! Scrambled eggs tasted funny and watery, sausages were funny too, I’m not sure they were fully cooked!

It took over 30 minutes for the food to arrive to our table, to receive re- heated undercooked and days old food, it’s unacceptable!

My husband also developed food poisoning today!! This cafe used to be good with fresh cooked food by order, it’s gone down hill massively. We will not come back...
