Absolutely terrible customer service from what seemed like a new employee a young lad yesterday ever so slow when doing my order 2 people in the queue behind left they waited so long further more the manager who was working around him was rude and so angry definitely created a horrible experience overall. i definitely wouldn't recommend this subway!! The guy serving this evening doesn't even acknowledge you. Doesn't speak. Looks like he doesn't want to be there and is as miserable as can be. He's also run out of wraps. If you don't like customers it's best to close this subway. We'd stopped coming here but came today hoping things had improved. The woman in charge was rude to the customer in front of me of whom decided to leave altogether. I then asked for a meat platter, told I should have phoned in advance and they couldn’t do it. I then ordered four foot long subs separately instead; she was upset that I ordered so many and chose to have them toasted. Constantly moaned and bitched, she seriously needs sacking! 100% will not be going back again to this place…AVOID...
