Burger King — Restaurant in South Kesteven

On 30th August at around 3pm, I visited Burger King and was served by a young female employee with curly/frizzy hair, whose attitude was consistently rude and unprofessional. While staff here are usually polite, I have repeatedly experienced poor service from her. I ordered a BBQ Steakhouse Angus burger without salad or sauce, which she questioned dismissively. Shortly after, I returned to order a drink and asked if sauce could be added, I was met with silence and she refused to add sauce to the burger which hadn’t been made yet, eventually she did agree to add a drink to my order though. When my order arrived the burger was missing cheese and bacon. After I politely requested it to be corrected she argued claiming it was my mistake and then openly spoke negatively about me to her colleagues. The burger was not remade, instead cold cheese and old bacon were placed on top and the burger wasn’t even wrapped up in paper like usual. First time I went i asked for a whopper with no tomato due to my partners allergy, got home to find tomato ketchup on it. Gave them a call and spoke to Kieran, as I lived a way away there was nothing they could do then but said to give his name and the receipt to the shift manager who would sort a replacement burger for me. Popped in a few days later and spoke to Tyler. Went in looking forward to a Double Whopper Meal. A young lad called Harry served me and he was plesent. I told him that the Handdryer wasn't working in the toilet and he said it's been like that for sometime, which sounds very bad. Anyway back to the food, the French Fries were hot and crispy but dry inside and the Double Whopper was luke warm a weebit of sauce the burger bun was so dry so I could only eat a couple of bites and threw the rest away.
