Costa — Restaurant in South Norfolk

Obviously lots of parking at the hospital and wheelchair friendly access. Atmosphere is ok, as you would expect. Staff tend to ignore you untill you get to the till. extremely over priced coffee and cake. Even for costa it was eye watering. Two hot chocolate with a biscuit come to over £10. But it was a nice hot chocolate. The biscuits are okay. Not mind blowing as the price makes out. Seating area is big and can easily manoeuvre a wheelchair around. The tables were not cleared away and are very sticky. Over all its okay i would recommend, but next time im going to the dining area in side the hospital.

They don't call it (costa'lotofcoffee')...

Awful experience. Ordered food, a hot drink and a cold drink was told they'd bring it over, the food arrived then a few minutes later the cold drink arrived, waited for a few more minutes and had to go up and ask about the hot drink I was told that they only do table service for cold drinks and food which we was not told, why not add the hot drink to table service or don't do table service at all

The prices are ridiculous and you can't use a Costa club card here either we had to clear and wipe down our table before we could sit down. Plenty of staff about with no organisation, we won't be using them...

There were tables free but they hadn't been cleared and were dirty. We sat down with our drinks and stacked the used mugs and plates but it was a while before anyone came to clear them away. On a plus point the coffee was lovely, just the right amount of foam to coffee ratio and piping hot. Staff were polite and friendly, as I'm disabled they carried my tray to my table of choice, asked if I needed anything else and to call if I wanted help. The iced Belgium bun was fresh and tasty, thoroughly enjoyed it! Shame that they didn't clear away at that point, but probably wasn't their job,...
