Hmm. On the good side, the food was good.I visited many times before with similar expierience It was one to many. I was surprised to get a nice meal after questioning the staffing level and order system. I left my card in the car but had cash in my pocket. At the till, I was ignored by the staff who were busy to prep orders from machines. Meals were ordered at the machines and deliveries were clearly prioritized while I was left waiting. After trying to catch their attention for minutes and being passed by several times, I asked to be served. The staff was rude and abrupt. One skinny, tallish, bearded guy sent me to the next-door Burger King 🤣 and refused to take my order when I expressed concern about discrimination against cash payers. It was a horrible experience, especially after a long day at work and sitting unusually long in the traffic. They need more staff. Pay more to people, and they will come and work. You have a prime location with massive turnover. I will not choose this branch again. Despite the tasty food, time is valuable, and waiting in line is a waste of it. Got myself a sandwich from the store and had enough time to write this review. 5 given for a nice taste. 4 lost...

A road trip to Witney to pick up an axle with a friend turned into a longer haul due greater traffic flow being a Friday before a bank holiday Monday. But I love a trip and the promise of some food made it more appealing to me. With masks at hand we entered the Waterstock services and after a freshen up made our way to the KFC ordering machines (covids on). After a bit of deliberation we pushed all the right buttons for a 10 piece bucket - all was well, tapped his card to pay, printer made its dot matrix noise and..........no ticket 😣 turned to the guy serving and told him ........"what's the order number" he said.......not sure, but I did see a 3 and a 6 for the first digits. He came and opened the machine and pulled out some crumpled up receipts. Anyway - we waited about 10 mins - got food and returned to his van where we consumed most of our feast saying how it was both our first time since lockdown begun. Still the great enjoyableness that it always is. Keep up the good work KFC and get an engineer to sort the printer...

Lined up to order at the self service, paid, waited in line and got to the front only for him to take my receipt and shout the order out to the back. Staff don't give a damn or have any sense of urgency or customer service.

Then had to wait 10 minutes for two rice boxes, then explain to two different people that I wanted a Tap Water because they didn't have enough of a basic grasp of English to understand me. Staff wandered aimlessly with boxes of food looking confused and dazed as if they have been sent there from outer space to try to understand how basic appliances and conversation works.

The lady who finally realised I wanted tap water said "no ice" in an almost nasty voice as if I'd done something wrong. To top it all off, the chicken was dry as the Sahara and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for 12 hours. Also had to ask for forks as I didn't want to eat a ricebox with my hands funnily enough.

Save your money, go elsewhere, couldn't organise a drunk gathering...
