Domino's Pizza - Southampton - Romsey Road — Restaurant in Southampton

Normally always 5 stars however whoever is on shift today is failing the company, I'm used to a really nice halve & halve that could be considered quite controversial. However this is no excuse for absolutely 0 love to be put into the pizza.

Just recieved order 20 minutes ago the pizza is the thinnest I've ever recieved from this store and I picked usual classic crust I've had to double up the slices just to capture that maximum flavour that I'm looking for.

Really let down today

It's nice to have one almost on the dorstep. Saving me driving right up to the Shirley High Street. What can I say about it. Menu is well known to every Domino Pizza lovers, fresh and tasty products, very friendly staff. Buy one get one free offer when you collect is available every single day. Rude! Missed a few phone calls for delivery in a 5 minute window. Delivery was to a hotel! Driver didn't even get out of the car to come in the hotel! Called branch, I was very polite. They just slammed the phone down on me! 2nd call resulted in a 75% refund as driver "attempted" to deliver! Driver didn't even exit his car to attempt a delivery! Terrible customer service. Driver was in a Blue VW Polo, but I missed the delivery!!!? Maybe get out of the car and...
