The spaghetti pomodoro and pizzas were lovely and I’m definitely looking forward to ordering again! The pizza base was semolina-rich and well-baked and the spaghetti sauce was fragrant and bright, though the spaghetti was slightly overcooked. The quality of pancetta used was excellent too and paired really well with the high cream mozzarella. It arrived fast, fresh, and piping hot.
However, the tiramisu was appallingly bad - totally at odds with the lovely mains. I hope that this can be fixed! It was such a weird shock at the end of enjoying two great savoury dishes. The savoiardi had been soaked in coffee until they’d disintegrated into mush instead of dipped, and the coffee was so watery that I couldn’t smell or taste it at all. The mascarpone hadn’t been whipped at all or sweetened enough, so it kind of ended up being layers of wet bread and cream cheese instead of a tiramisu.

Absolutely outstanding pizza.
Order from 5.5 miles away. It was slightly warm on arrival as too be expected. Only had to put in the oven for 5 mins to warm up slightly. My fault entirely and I anticipated this.
Now normally you end with a cardboard pizza.
With yours it was the nicest pizza I've had from sthelens or surrounding. It had a lovely cheese pull and that garlic bread !

Whilst we really enjoyed the fresh ingredients, the quality of the pizza base and the customer service, we didn't really enjoy the pizza itself due to the amount of salt in it. Not sure if it was the sauce or the cheese but something was super salty and it made it hard to eat. Other than that it would have been a great pizza. Overall we would give the pizza a 6.4 — well cooked base, good sauce and cheese ratio, just far too salty.
