Wow, what can I say?

Due to a mix-up my order was missed. Not being one to complain, I left it until about 2-hours after I placed the order to ask for a status on my delivery. The manager answered the phone and explained that the restaurant was closed but I was told he would sort it out.

He opened the kitchen back up and cooked my order for me, after which he personally delivered it. He was super polite and explained what had happened in more detail and threw in a bottle of coke by way of apology. I can't thank the man enough for going way beyond the extra mile to help out. He was also very apologetic.

When I was passed my chicken and donner kebab, I was impressed by the sheer weight of it and, on opening it up, was stunned by the amount of food there was. Furthermore, the quality of the food was second-to-none. The chicken was juicy and perfectly chargrilled, while the donner meat was tasty and in abundance. I went for a garlic mayo on the kebab, which wasn't like the usual generic dip we see all too often. It had the perfect balance of flavour; nice and garlic-y, without being too overpowering, and had wonderfully creamy undertones. The chilli sauce I ordered for the side was also non-generic and a perfect complement to the donner meat and chicken alike.

These are absolutely hopeless we have given them the benefit of the doubt 5-6 times now and not one order has been correct don’t even order a lot of food, it’s always missing what you ask for I’ve just ordered a large chicken donner for myself and my partner a pepperoni pizza. Arrived a tiny chicken kebab in a burger box no doner and when I mean small a burger box for just a burger not one you add chips in for £8.50 4 pieces of chicken salad sauce and a pitta £8.50 extortionate and not even what we asked for and my partner ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a plain magheritta and every order we have had is wrong or missing something wouldn’t bother with these just ruins your evening expecting what you want and getting a different meal or parts of it not there shocking service smallest size pizza wrong tiny kebab wrong and paid £18 for this 2 items how can you get 2...

I ordered food on Thursday evening A mixed kebab and a chicken kebab and 2 portions of chips and a chicken nuggets .The order was placed at 7.30 and estimated at 8.30 .The food arrived at ten to nine and when we opened it the food was stone cold and one of the chips were missing.As it was to late to send it back or order more food we ate it ,my kebab which was a combination of Donna meat and mixed meat was not only cold but the lumps of meat were inedible as they were tough and fatty,so overall we waited to long ,the order was incorrect and the meat in my mixed kebab was inedible and we paid around 21 pound for the...
