Chozen Noodle — Restaurant in Stafford

What an absolute rip off this concession is. Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki with Rice. Paid about £6.00 for it. What I got was massive bowl of Rice and just 2 paltry spoon fulls of Chicken Teriyaki. Not enough for a child, let alone an adult. When challenged I was told it was company policy only to give 2 scoops. I asked for the manager who came out and repeated the company policy of '2 scoops'. Perhaps this should be made clear to customers prior to taking payment. I negotiated '3 scoops' but felt like little Oliver asking for more. I can't speak for all Chozen Noodle outlets but avoid this one at Stafford Services at all costs. Absolute jobsworth rip...

It's so nice to have the choice of something healthy at a service station rather than the typical fast food places. I had the Korean chicken with noodles and some duck rolls. Very delicious and reasonable priced for anywhere let alone a service station who normally hike up prices on food. The lady who was running it was very polite and friendly. Stopped to grab a Maccys and Costa coffee, but spotted Chozen Noodle just before we got to McDonald’s. It looked great and potentially more healthy option than the Golden Arches.
