Costa Coffee Stafford Services — Restaurant in Stafford

Probably the worst cup of Costa coffee that I've ever had in my life, but they get one star for having oat milk available. My husband's black americano coffee was equally as bad. We probably only had three sips of the coffee and pour the rest down the drain as it was so bad. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter, it certainly had not been treated with the care and respect that Costa is known for. We didn't try the Costa drive through. Ordered a salted caramel latte & a character roast flat white. The latte was caramel, not salted caramel and when I told the person on the machine he angry said "fine" then proceeded to give me a caramel latte telling me it was salted caramel (I know the taste difference!). The latte was also so frothy it was basically a Cappuccino. Also the flat white was too hot it taste burned and didn't taste like the character roast which I have every day at my local Costa. Been to a lot of Costa outlets before but was disappointed with the service here. There was the normal good array of cakes, sandwiches and hot and cold drinks. The person who served us wasn't very friendly and it just seemed like it was too much work for her to serve us. She also didn't ask us if we were eating in or taking away so just gave us paper cups.
