Arden Arms — Restaurant in Stockport

This is surprisingly a really friendly pub! We've lived in Haughton Green for 5 years but never made it over, but driven past hundreds of times. We realised there's a short cut walk (about a mile) through beautiful countryside to get there and I recommend this if you enjoy a good walk.

We've got two young kids and they loved the outside play area. But please guys, get the tunnel side fixed as we had a couple of disappointed children 😔🙏

Would love to return again and try out the pizza.

A really friendly and cosy pub. Great staff, very clean and has a good seating layout. An excellent food menu and its not expensive. A good range of drinks and snacks available... they are also inexpensive. Located alongside Ashton Road in Bredbury on the leafy stretch of road that connects Stockport to Denton. Good parking and a bus stop outside... there is a regular service. Its also, located close to Haughton Vale, a large country park with lots of walks... ideal for leisurely walking trips. All in all, this is great pub... highly...

Great place now Robinsons have nothing to do with it. I hadn't visited for maybe 28 years but was told that the arden was now a much better pub so today my wife, daughter grandson and myself walked down with our dogs and where pleasantly surprised. The staff where friendly the beer was good and for the children their is a clean secure and well equipped play area. This pub is now a hidden gem in our locality and one that will now be a regular...
