Greggs — Restaurant in Stockport

Customer service lady was rude with her tone of voice although I'm Asian and she pressumed I can't speak English and didn't even given us enough time to decide what to order lol I had my learner with me as Bredbury test centre round the corner. We both smilled and then when I asked the lady why the pasties are completely cold she goes pasties never warm here I replied and said it's only 10am why wouldn't it be warm . I was thinking that was from yesterday's. Then she asked the gentleman called Thomas do you keep warm pasties when we put them in the warm oven lol 😆 she was dramatic 🤣. By the way I was polite and said okay no need to be argumentative we will just have the cold one . The gentleman man requested us to give him 5 sec as new pasties are in the oven about to come out for servicing. He gave us hot one and put those 2 cold one in the Bin . There is only one person working at this store on the front taking orders and making orders they are very slow and usually don't talk to you or have any communication. This is my local Greggs we have visited a few times and every time the order is either done wrong or is cold. No matter what type of latte you order you will always receive just a plain latte they always seem to miss hear you or not understand. Brilliant if you like a flat white not so much if you want the pumpkin spice.

Update- I visited this Greggs again benefit of the doubt - nothing has improved or changed. Served me a meat bake when I ordered vegan and yet again my coffee order is incorrect. Staff more interested in gossiping about payday than...

Approached the counter, no greeting, put my bottle of coke down and smiled at the woman serving whom happened to be the manager. “That it?” She asked about my coke presuming she meant is that all I’m buying I said no, please can I have “**” she said absolutely nothing whacked a few numbers in on the card machine.. “seven ferteh” I tapped my card and said very loudly to her direction THANK YOU.
