Nanjoos Peri Peri — Restaurant in Stockport

Ordered a cheeseburger meal, no cheese, no salad just ketchup with a Pepsi. I can’t eat cheese as I’m allergic, ordered a cheeseburger as there is no option for beef burger. It came with cheese and Mayo as well as ketchup, despite quite clearly stating no cheese and no one mentioned Mayo. Asked for a new one to be brought, when it arrived after stating again clearly no cheese, no salad JUST ketchup, it arrived it had Mayo and Ketchup on it. Not what I asked for, I don’t like Mayo. The guy was rude said we asked for Mayo when on the list we wrote on at work it did not have Mayo on it and I was there when we rang and no one mentioned Mayo at all. He said okay I’ll bring you one last burger if it’s wrong I’m not bringing another one. No apology when it finally arrived correctly. Just handed and walked off. Foods gone expensive and the orders always wrong either the cheese you pay extra for is missing or they try sending you a cheaper burger than the one you paid for or mess it up.. just reordered for first time in ages ordered the peri peri gourmet they brought a wrap.. phoned them they came back up the hill but burger was just chicken burger not peri peri. We have been going to nanjoos for a few years now.
