16:30 ish Friday 31st October and I stood waiting at the counter ( right in front of the girl supposed to be working ) and was completely ignored because she was too busy chatting to her mate from subway I waited but realised her conversation was more important than me being served obviously. Arrived at 6:55am for the store to open. Workers put the barrier across at 6:58am to go and smoke there cigarettes.without any explanation .Finally came back in and 7:03am and wondered out the back of the store swearing at each in conversation . Proceeded to start loading up a tray to Throw into the oven before serving. Finally got what I didn’t order at 7:13am I asked for two large coffees and was given two regular. I always choose this Greggs over the one in Longton as it seems better run. The staff are very good and there appears to be minimal staff turnover as it’s the same friendly faces. There is a good choice of sandwiches and the bakery is well stocked. The little stand where you add your milk and sugar to your drinks is kept clean which I always notice as the one at the Longton shop I’ve found to be in a bit of a state when I’ve used it.
