Hot and fresh, the breakfast food of Stoke-on-Trent. If you prefer the softer oatcake then this place does not disappoint. There is parking down the street, although is close to the hospital, but should be able to find a parking spot even at busy times. Service is via the window at the moment, and orders are given out over the railing. However, unfortunately it means there is little in the way of coverage from the rain, but service is fast even with the freshly cooked hot food and you can still see the oatcakes being made. Took 2 dozen oatcakes with us on our Scotland motorbike tour, at breakfast the hotelier at the Buccleuch Arms warmed them up, all the guys asked me where they were from, they'd never tasted such fab oatcakes, the hotelier had never heard of them.. We apparently have to take more up next year!! Excellent...

Started using this shop when High Lane Oatcakes changed hands and the quality dropped. I have to say I will be using this shop from now on. Oatcakes are spot on for me, as are the pikelets. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The go-to place for Oatcakes. I would recommend anyone to try...
