I thought it might be helpful to post a review of my device 12 months on from purchase - as it is good to have the piece of mind that a new arcade machine will stand-up to repeated use over time. I'm happy to report that everything about my arcade depot bar top is just as robust and responsive as it was when it originally arrived, which is pretty impressive considering the amount of play time it has seen from friends and relatives! I opted for a head-to-head version and so it has seen lots of competitive matches - and it has always been super reliable with strong controls and a lovely bright display. Personally, I don't think there is a better space-saving option out there currently for cocktail style arcade games. It has a fantastic large screen and the sound quality is very good too. I opted for the version with 516 games, which are all very well-suited to the form factor. It has all the classics you would expect to find - and even now - 12 months on from my first hours with the machine, I am still discovering new titles that I haven't played before. The decals and finish that Arcade Depot added to my machine are all still as vivid as when it was delivered - the colours still look bright and eye-catching in my game room. Also, I now have 12 months worth of hard-earned high scores, which the system has saved without any glitches or data loss, which is a great feature. Overall, I still enjoy using this machine. absolutely excellent!!! communication from start to finish was spot on (and trust me, I must have been so annoying asking so many questions 🤣) after custom making a coffee table arcade to our specs (in an admirably short amount of time) we nipped over to fetch it. It was just perfect!!! We had purchased it to go into our pub, but, as of yet, I can't bring myself to part with it - it's the new feature of my living room (who needs a TV or pets when you have a retro arcade 😳).
