I recently had the pleasure of dining at Spice Exchange Indian restaurant in Milton, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The food was absolutely delectable, bursting with authentic flavors that truly transported my taste buds to India. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's expertise and dedication to quality.

Not only was the food exceptional, but the staff's service was also top-notch. Mo and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Having been let down elsewhere, we dropped into Spice Exchange on the off chance of a table for two. The restaurant was already busy for a Thursday at 7 pm yet the staff accommodated us with patience and a smile. The meal was delicious!! Fresh hot and full of flavour. Even though the staff were run off their feet, at the end of our meal they surprised us with a birthday treat, I'd only mentioned, that I was pleased to get the table, as there was a birthday girl amongst us when sitting down! It's so rare to get good service and a fab meal combined!! We will definitely return, with friends....

I had a Chicken Tikka Biryani which I was nervous about as I've not had one I like since coming to SoT almost 4 years ago. I needn't have been apprehensive, it was divine. Flavoursome, aromatic, gently spiced. The vegetable curry had all sorts of veg, broccoli, cabbage, green beans, potato, spinach... The only way I personally could have improved it (as a white woman that knows exactly nothing about Indian cuisine :P ) would have been hard boiled egg.
