So I had HGV food vouchers. Vouchers issued to HGV drivers, (you know the people, the ones who were classed as KEYWORKERS but now back to being scum of the Earth) when parking overnight as an incentive so I used them at KFC. I waited patiently to be served. I was ignored by the manager of KFC. Could I place an order at KFC, not a chance. The girl serving at KFC was working hard while the queue was building up. I still could not place my order manually at KFC as I had HGV vouchers as I am a KEYWORKER! Know what I did, thats right, went over to Burger King and used my HGV vouchers! Read moreI can never complain about my food from kfc because I love it and it's always perfect but I was a bit disappointed for my friend as we're travelling to goodwood racecourse from Helmsley and we stopped for a kfc here and after waiting half an hour to get served she really wanted to try a tower burger meal and quite clearly asked for one .we got our takeaway and set off back up the m40 she opened her burger and it was a zinger meal a bit disappointing to get the wrong meal I understand that mistakes happen especially as they are so busy but we couldn't even turn around and get what she really wanted as we were back on the motorway. .unfortunately we never got a receipt either ...
Read moreStopped on way back from Wembley. Food itself quite good, however service absolutely awful, the staff were deperately opening packages of meals, trying to identify which order was which. The screen showing meals ready was increasing in number, but no meals being given out, queues increasing. Staff, when challenged by customers, saying they didn't know what to do, supervisor equally inept, unbelievabley bad. The surprising thing was when I eventually got my food, it was actually one of the best KFCs I've ever eaten with 4 pieces of Chicken all plump breast meat, no drumsticks or wings, which you usually receive a mix of, again probably due to staff being useless and not...
