The WORST Burger King EVER!!! Very poor customer service. Food is expensive but the quality is below the average and the portion is very tiny. And even potentially RACIST!! One of the staff unfairly judged me and had disrespectful comments directly targeting me. It was because I wasn’t aware that the drink is single filled only, so I thought I could refill and went to the machine again. Once I arrived at the machine, they turn the machines off immediately and the lady came out and pointed out that it’s single fill only which is fine. Only then I stared to notice the small sign that says single fill only. However, when I went away, they started to judge me and made negative comments about me, even to other customers standing around the counter. Then everyone stared looking at me thinking I am trying to take advantage of a free coke?? This is crazy, come on I just didn’t realise it’s single fill only and as soon as I understand that, I said all no problem thank you :) But the way I have been treated as an customer is so rude and super unacceptable. The female member of staff was doing all the work and still had a smile for the customers. The 2 male staff on the till appeared to have a no care atitude. BK developers, the on-screen interface is diabolical (Oct 19). You've forgotten that the primary purpose of the screen is to buy food, not upsell it.
If I want a tea, I want a tea. Not a large tea. And when I don't want a large tea, don't take me back to the main menu. Just abominable.
Takes too long, is too frustrating and makes many punters give up and go to KFC or Subway next door. BK developers, just watch people try and use your terminals. Too many people walk up to the screens, waste their time and give up.
