This place is my go to, and the following my 'usual order'.
If you're anywhere near Wellesbourne and craving Indian cuisine that sings with freshness and finesse, Kolshi Premier Indian Restaurant is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, the modern décor and warm hospitality set the tone—but it's the food that truly dazzles. 🌿 Freshness & Flavour Every dish bursts with vibrant spices and carefully balanced aromas. Read moreNormally we order and pick up from the restaurant but on this instance we decided on delivery. Having placed the order just after 8pm, we were advised that we would receive the food in 45 minutes. At 9.15pm we called to enquire on our delivery to be told that it was out for delivery, at 9.35pm we called again and were advised that our delivery was the only one - now we live in Wellesbourne and as we know, Wellesbourne is not a big village. It pains me to write this because the food is great and the restaurant itself is excellent, having eaten from there on multiple occasions. Next time I want a delivery, there are several other establishments in the area that I will be...

The food was good. The meat was tender and the plates were always hot. They did miss one thing on our order, but that’s not a problem when you’re in a big group. I would say though, that it did seemed stressful for the service/waiting staff. They seemed to be in a big rush to get the food on the table.
The restaurant was quite cosy, there is not a lot of space to move around e.g. to move to the toilets. If the tables are seated, you would have to be careful not to disturb other customers when taking off your jacket! It also get very loud in here.
The staff were very friendly, but the stress of working with only 2 people out front did come through a...
