Stopped for a coffee 5pm on bank holiday Monday. Quiet so grabbed a table in the sun outside . Pleasant service with a smile . Popped in to use toilet so had a look round . Inside had character and toilets where clean and followed the theme of the cafe . Would definitely stop again for a coffee and the reports I have been given the food is good to . Plenty of parking in and around the cafe . Havnt been for a while but popped in this week March 2023 .. buzzing as always. June 2023.. unfortunately no tables outside sounds like council being usual unhelpful selves to small businesses, however tables out the back . Still good service and nice place to meet friends

We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Brighton. The food was good, we had pancakes which tasted a bit like the donuts you get in seaside towns as they had been fried a little. The eggs and bacon were cooked to perfection. However the coffee was really weak and tasted very milky. The service was also unfortunately inconsistent. We had a lovely server but the person behind the till when you pay was unfriendly and unwelcoming. He didn't even smile at us when we said morning. We thanked him and said 'have a nice day' and he just ignored us. It was very odd and quite rude.

I've visited 3 times now. Their coffee is to die for and I don't even usually drink coffee but was advised to try it. Their cakes are amazing. Very delicious and you can tell they don't use cheap ingredients. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Ordera are delivered quickly. I usually attend with a cycling group of at least 5. Best bit is the secure cycling. I left my bike unlocked and it was still there when it came to leave. Loos are clean. Love the decor. Outside area is so pretty and plentiful. Inside is electric and cozy with beautiful, arty cushions scattered around.

Posting 3 stars, but not saying why was possibly not helpful, so let me explain my experience. In current covid times, everyone is trying to make the best of it, and some places manage better than others. Positive points first... the food and prices were good for a small cafe of this type, and they have tried hard with their covid changes... that can't be easy! The disappointment was with the attitude of both members of staff that we dealt with. Frosty is the word I would describe the way I was told that we could have a table, but only for 90 minutes... I'm not sure when I have ever spent as long as 90 minutes waiting for or eating breakfast, but hey that was "all" we could have. OK... no problem... we will surely be out of here long before that. :) Next... "you have to order at the till"... OK... no problem... "but if there's anyone here you MUST go and queue outside, you can't come back through the cafe because of covid"... again, ok, but the rain was lashing down, and no "I'm sorry" or anything polite, just a gruff indifference. Covid safety is important, and sometimes it makes things difficult, but it's the attitude of staff to these changes that make or break the customer experience. Ordering went well (thankfully) :). When the drinks arrived there were only 3 out of 4, and we had to ask for the 4th - he seemed surprised. No milk or sugar offered with the coffee, so we politely asked for some... twice. So a summary of our experience would unfortunately be "reasonable food, but put off by the staff"... which is a real shame, because looking at other reviews others have had a far more positive experience. Hopefully we are in the minority, but unfortunately we won't be back...

We have recently moved into the area and we're looking for somewhere within our vicinity where we could grab a quick bite and have a breather. Travelling anywhere for any amount of time can be difficult with a 3 and 1 year old. We entered the cafe and were warmly greeted by a young man. We said that we would like to eat in if we could, clearly the cafe is very popular, the only seat inside was a 2 seater which we decided to take as its was a little nippy outside. We decided to go for the shed breakfast, the small is £9 and we felt it was leaning on the pricier side.. how worth it is was! The service was very attentive and the food was speedy and was absolutely amazing, I'd have paid more, if that's the kind of quality we can expect. I'm a foody, the small was just enough for me to be happy. When looking to pay to leave we also decided to take some of the cakes home too and they are equally fantastic.

Thank for having us guys, we will stop...

Lovely little place. I've been meaning to try here for a while as we live nearby, finally got the chance and very much looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu. The food menu is good value for money and while the baked good were a little more on the expensive side, they were really good quality and worth it. The coffee in my latte seemed good quality and the food was also high quality. We were there with three adults a toddler and a baby and the staff were great, bringing my little boy an orange juice in a bellini glass when he really wanted the picture from the menu. Lots of seating outside round the back and if the parking spaces are all full out front, there is lots more free...
