I had a caramel frappuchino because I'd already had several coffees before I arrived... it was nicely made, but at £4.10, I'd expect it to be. The joys of living in a rural area mean that my appalling broadband occasionally forces me into places with "free" wifi, and I have to say, theirs is pretty darn quick. The place wasn't terribly clean - it was a good 20 minutes before the dirty cups vanished from where I sat down - and I would have expected better, given how quiet it was when I arrived, but there you go.
The uncomfortable, un-padded wooden chairs seem to hint at the same sort of reasoning applied to bus stop benches and park furniture nowadays; to prevent anyone hanging around for too long.

Through incredible customer service - Cavan (with a C) and his colleague - who I have forgotten the name of - and for that I am so unbelievably sorry - truly made my day. It was in fact the colleague (whose name I have regretfully forgotten) who brought a smile to the face of someone struggling through lockdown. 10/10 would recommend. PS STARBUCKS CEOs!!! Find these guys and give them a pay rise/promotion. You've got some good, genuine people within your roster and there efforts deserved to be recognised. Yours...
