Subway — Restaurant in Stroud

I don't usually leave reviews, but I came in for breakfast after a long night shift and before a long drive. My server, Noy, was so lovely! She took great care in making my sandwiches (I got breakfast and lunch for later), making sure to check if she was putting in the right quantities of what I asked for etc. She also made sure I knew I had 30% off and money off available on my app, which I was chuffed about! Most places won't even bother to ask if you have the app! So so friendly, service with a smile and a conversation! I've been to quite a few subways lately because it's one of the few places I can actually get a sandwich being Gluten free, and this is the best service I've had by a mile. Worst subway in the uk. Fact! The staff have the most horrible attitude of any business I've ever seen. It's an effort for them to serve you and the extra attitude they give you is unacceptable. When a customer comes in to use a business a little customer service and a smile doesn't hurt. Always short on ingredients and when they toast a sandwich its still cold. Useless.
