Lovely country pub. Very friendly local people. Friendly staff. Food very good simple food. Hard going to get there through narrow roads. Owned by a local taxi man, where his wife cooks all the food.

This pub has the best beer garden in the county! Stunning views, safe play area, stage, outdoor cafe, varied menus, loads of outdoor seating and some good undercover areas. Give it a try!

We've been here a few times now as its our local having recently moved to the area. All I can say is its perfect, the food is lovely, the staff are very tentative, welcoming and polite which is key for any establishment. They do John smiths so I am very excited about that. This is a total gem. Up on a hill and nearly a totally isolated spot of beauty. The veranda is a sun trap. The owner Dale is a very amiable chap. The views are gorgeous. Good range of drinks. Perfect stop place for a walk. I highly recommend this lovely...
