It arrived covered in sweet chilli sauce, which I can't stand. The waiter told me that it was no problem, he'd bring me another with no sauce, which he did after I'd waited for it to be freshly cooked. Read moreWent here on our last night in Stroud for a pub meal. I have to say the prices on drinks were fantastic (not many places you can get a double G&T for £4.60!) The servers were really lovely and attentive throughout. The food was okay - I did enjoy my pulled BBQ pork cheeseburger! Portions were huge which again was good value for money. I definitely think this is a locals pub which might be for you if you like a lively, loud atmosphere. If you are like me, you might find it quite overwhelming.
