Wow McDonald’s have gone to new levels now. Placed at order with just eat at 5.11. Said was waiting for driver(expected a delay with being teatime) got changed 3 times so rang the shop at 6.30 to see what was happening with my order. Was told that they were behind, then another manager couldn’t find it but she said she found it ok. Anyway she said she would make it up and deliver it herself with it being so long (it was 6.45 by now) . Said would be about 15mins. Thought that was a gd gesture. Surprise surprise 7.30 and no sign of her and my delivery. McDonald’s u have outdone yourself! Head office needs to take a long look at how this store is run. Terrible customer service, appalling the way it was handled today. If this is how how your managers r handling situations god help yous. To say u were delivering it and then not to turn up Wow! for customer services. I went to the completion and let’s say kfc were spot on. U have a lost a customer who uses u twice a week and will make sure all my friends and family don’t use. Should of named and shamed u when my son got a burger and all that was inside was a plain bun. Embarrassing! Think this needs to happen on social media and show how bad this store really is. Email sent to head office and complaints. Nicely handled...

We werewer the drive thru and the speaker wasn't working so we were told to go to the window which is understandable. We then ordered a large fries, a sugar doughnut and a 3 piece chicken select. Had to repeat 4 times. Then went to receive our food but only the 3 piece chicken select and the sugar doughnut was there. We then told a worker that they didn't include the large fries. Then she got the manager. Then she said that we didn't order a large fries but we didn't have a receipt to prove it so then paid again. Didn't receive the change so we asked the manager he said it was on the way. We waited for about 4 minutes but it didn't come. So we then asked again but received language no one would ever like to hear. The manager said we are holding up the drive thru for 10 minutes. We finally got our change and large fries and was yelled at again. We have 3 business's and would never treat our customers like how we were treated today. What a very rude manager who tells their customers that they are the reason for the drive thru is packed. Lost a good customer in us. We normally come about 3 or 4 times a week. But after we were ill treated today we won't come back to rude behaviour. Rate it 1 star 🌟 wish...

Absolutely useless , Ordered one thing a happy meal with fries and a fruit shoot paid 3.49 for delivery plus 99p for service charge on top of the price of the happy meal for a treat for my 2 and a half year old daughter To be sent 4 nuggets and no fries. This is not the first time this McDonald’s has stitched me up on a home delivery , What kind of people are you employing firstly to not be able to put 2 items in a box ( nuggets and fries), secondly what kind of managers are you employing not to have quality checks in place to ensure if an employee can’t manage to count to two , that food orders don’t leave incomplete. This is basic stuff , I order you get printout of the order saying what should be on the order , just look at the printout of the order before you send the food instead of being totally incompetently useless. It was a single happy meal not even a complicated multiple order with loads of food saying don’t want this don’t want that , OMG so annoyed my daughter is crying because of your...

Review updated 29/04/24 from previous 5 star review (relative to other branches) Multiple times over the last couple of months they have got my order wrong, mainly by serving double instead of triple cheeseburgers. Additionally, chocolate milkshakes tend to have barely any flavour other than vanilla and frozen drinks are regularly already melted when served. Car park has shrunk since a Starbucks was built on the old car park and is now tiny and utter chaos - recommend parking in the large car park outside the former B&M premises and walking over. The parking issues are exasperated when drive through is very busy with cars queuing through the car park onto entry road. This makes getting into and out of the standard parking spaces challenging and also for the drive through waiting bays. Frankly, I'd rather wait in the queue longer than use those bats in peak time. On a more positive note, the greeting staff are brilliant and can't do enough for you.

I rarely add reviews it really takes something to annoy me. But to order one burger without onions and ask for just a burger for a Big Mac and filet o fish and then end up with this? I mean logic tells you no one orders this they would simply order a regular hamburger with nothing on. Absolute joke. To top it off you pay a Big Mac premium and filet premium to get no sauce? Who does that and actually thinks that’s logical. Someone gets a Hattrick without onions but still has tomato cheese and mustard. Yet the other 2 are plain? I’m in shock and furious at same time at the waste of trip and the premium I’ve just paid. Up there with worst experience when ordering food. Can’t believe someone could be as simple to get this that wrong. Top it off got soaked and didn’t even give me a receipt.

Ordered on the app, arrived at the drive through… waiting only for the car that pulled up next to us to be served before us. Got our food and sat in the car park to eat it in the car.
