What a shame it is to see such a great place being ran in to the ground from new ownership. We won't be ordering from here no more. We give stags one final chance tonight and yet again the failed to deliver the correct order. Same as the last 3 or 4 times. Missing items or totally wrong items. Food isn't as good as it used to be neither. When ringing to place an order, the bloke on the phone cant speak or understand English very well. This is clearly is the problem here. Very broken English. Having to repeat the order over and over again and it still arrives wrong somehow. When ringing back to explain that the order is wrong, he will be so rude, laughing, saying the order is right, I should repeat the order back, ( I did about 8 times). It's not his fault, I got what I ordered. Customer service is absolutely abysmal, can't get an order right and food is just not the same, so for them reasons, we will not be ordering from...

Read loads of bad reviews about the place but gave it one last try, big mistake. If the pizza bases are fresh made then you can call me Mr Kipling, place has gone backwards since it changed ownership, won't be using them again.
