Ordered a takeaway tonight £18. Waited 15 mins before pick up time agreed. Ordered a buttered roti not buttered and very dry. Ordered AFGHANI chicken curry( 3 chillis) unbelievably mild and had only 3 peices of chicken. Accompanying rice and lamb chop starter all cold. How can you effectively get value for money when you have taken the food away and not there in person to say this is not acceptable? Been coming here for many years and maybe my last even though our previous visits whether for a sit down meal or a take out have been pretty good it sometimes only takes that one disappointing meal to stop me from going again. Ordered a chicken tikka nappalese, chicken tikka masala and a chicken tikka chilli masala and you basically gave us 2 x chicken tikka masala’s and just put a couple of chillies on top of one of them it was the same meal 😡you shouldn’t have done that. We've been using swadesh for 5 years now, we've had 0 complaints until yesterday's delivered meal, our food was a complete let down, poor quality badly cooked and lacked taste, everything seemed to have a generic red dye added to it to make it a poor facsimile of the curry's we know and love, a dry chicken rogan josh, a tasteless aloo chat puri and soggy chicken pakora, it's an absolute shame because it's nothing like the quality food we've eaten in the restaurant and had delivered over the years, has the restaurant been taken over?
