Chozen Noodle — Restaurant in Tandridge

I had super experience before I got this (on photo) + price is so high and receipt super confusing... Going there with children be ware (kiddo look is not enough to get automated discount/s they dont make a difference between 10 or 5 year old ones and they dont bother to be supportive). I never had that bad green curry... Until now... And I have been eating green curry since day one... Yes quality of the food was always ok, but since last two times food was different either too soggy or meat over cooked (like rubber). I feel bad about people working there they see and hear how down this place has gone in two years, while I've been going there! This was my first time in my life considering in going to Crapdonalds. Because food there is always the same.......

Was standing at the counter with a group of workmen for approx 10mins waiting to be served, no sign of the staff member despite shouting "hello" twice! Eventually had to ask the staff from another food outlet "is there anyone serving next door"? Within seconds this guy showed up no apology, rude, condescending and arrogant! As I stated to him "I could be your mystery shopper" to which get sarcastically replied "well I've failed then" the workmen walked away in disgust to McDonalds and I continued to buy Noodles were OK Train your staff member in customer services especially if he wants to keep his job! There's plenty of folk out there who could certainly do it...

Ignore this place. Very poor customer service and food quality and hygiene. The guy serving didn't give me a lid to cover the cup, saying they don't give any. Then I asked at least give me a tissue to cover the cup, he didn't even give a tissue. Then I told him I want to talk to his manager, he said there's no manager. He charged me £9.00 for this small cup of noodles, this is clearly an over priced portion. I said then I don't need this and ask for a refund, he said he can't issue a refund once the cup is filled.
