What a cool little place this was. Don't be fooled by the exterior as you may well turn around and head off as it looks shut up from the outside. The smell of food and the clinking of cutlery told me it was open and when I entered it was a warm and friendly atmosphere - and the dogs were allowed in! Bonus! We ordered from the plentiful menu and waited. The food arrived along with the delicious milkshakes the kids had ordered. The toast was great - farmhouse doorsteps with plenty of butter and the range of breakfasts didn't disappoint. I'd been telling a friend for weeks about the awesome breakfast and especially the slice of bread from an uncut bloomer I think (your choice of bread & butter, toast or fried bread). The bread served to us was maybe 3mm thick.... And as we'd both chosen fried bread it was inevitably solid and over cooked coz it was so thin - fried bread needs to be soft in the middle!!! Needless to say he wasn't impressed on his first visit and I left with tail...
