This is my regular stop on my way to work. The younger staff are a delight. Polite , remember my order , sociable. Jess , and a couple of the young men ( sorry my name skills are limited early in the morning !) are always bright and breezy and are always cheery and pleasant. Sadly they have a manager who has spoken to staff ( in front of customers so goodness knows what is said behind closed doors ) in a way that I find wholly unprofessional.    Read moreNot to say too much but the staff member namely Emily demonstrated a poor level of customer service skills when I challenged her on the way she made my frappuccino. It was incredibly bland and lacked the essential flavours required to make it enjoyable. When challenged on this, she shrugged it off as if she didnât care, may I add, being a person of coloured skin, maybe she thought I wasnât befitting enough for her to articulate an acceptable level of customer services skills.    Read moreInstead of drive through . We decided to have a sit in for a change. The place was filthy. The team didnt seem to know what was going on . Pandemonium is the only word. You used to WOW me with service and speed and the whole set up. New drink not available. So I had a second choice. That was very poor. Delivered with no pzazz. Its only a coffee...but its the attitude.
