Annual visit on 16th Nov. Reception staff absolutely lovely on arrival, set high tea menu, which means if you don't like a particular sandwich filling, you're basically stuffed as they won't deviate on choice or replace a filling that you you like that is already on the menu! There are too many sweet offerings compared with savoury. Service staff we found rude and abrupt. Not worth the money compared to similar businesses that offer so much more flexibility, balance in terms of menu, value for money, and welcoming table staff.
