larkfield Pizza Kebab — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

We ordered via just eat and I understand that sometimes it’s going to be late but after it was 20 minutes late I rang the restaurant and got told 5 minutes. It was 45 minutes late by time I called again and was told it had been delivered which it hadn’t. Eventually he located his driver but in the meantime had hung up on me and then didn’t answer my calls when I tried again. If that wasn’t bad enough the food was cold and grisly and the salad I ordered as there was no option for salad on my food was sub standard at best and mostly lemon. Chips and pitta tasted good! But for £5 for salad and chips in a pitta (where I used to live this is £2.50! And £3.50 down the road) I expected half chips half salad which is the norm from every kebab shop I get this from. but I had the smallest amount of salad known to man, not even a leaf of lettuce (the tiniest amount) and mostly all onions, will order salad in a pitta and a side order of chips next time! Such a shame this place isn’t better. The food is good (not outstanding) but okay. However, on multiple occasions of ordering a take away, the order is wrong, items missing, lacking enough of the quantities offered. On having to then call to rectify, there’s a feeling of ‘a moaning customer’ and the missing food arrives 30-45mins later. So if eating as a group, it just ruins the evening.
